Employers in Grey, Bruce, Huron and Perth counties are being asked to take part in this year's EmployerOne survey.
The survey is collected by the Four County Labour Market Planning Board and Executive Director Gemma Mendez-Smith says, "Information from the last four years has been used to secure major funding for projects that help grow the local workforce."
Mendez-Smith says some of those projects include manufacturing and hospitality & tourism training programs.
She says there are also local economic development and educational initiatives throughout the region.
The anonymous and confidential EmployerOne Survey is open until January 31. It should take less than ten minutes to fill out.
Mendez-Smith says the survey helps pinpoint labour market challenges, noting a four year review of survey results indicated, "Employers continue to deal with a chronic shortage of workers and hard-to-fill positions across almost all sectors."
