Employers are being asked once again to fill out a survey on labour market needs.
It is the 4th annual Employer One Survey and it is open to those in Bruce, Grey, Huron and Perth counties beginning on January 1st.
Executive Director of the Four County Labour Market Planning Board, Gemma Mendez-Smith says it is anonymous and confidential.
The survey gives the Planning Board an understanding of local labour market challenges.
A key reflection in last year's survey showed that most businesses found the availability of qualified workers to be fair or poor.
It also showed that soft skills, including motivation, attitude and interpersonal abilities remain major concerns across all occupations.
Employers have until January 31st to complete the survey.
It can be found on line here.
For further information on the survey you can call the Planning Board at 519-881-2725 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
