One person has been charged, while another remains at large, in a police-involved shooting in Seaforth.
Reports say police opened fire on a vehicle in the Huron East town October 18th.
According to police, the passenger of the vehicle was transported by the driver to the Clinton Hospital.
A 35 year old man from Central Huron has been charged in the case with:
- Attempt to Commit Murder – section 239(1)
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 – section 355 (a)
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 – section 355 (b) – two counts,
- Failure to Comply with Release Order – section 145(5)(a)
Police say 34 year old Karley Frayer of Huron East remains at large, and is wanted for numerous offences, including:
- Attempt to Commit Murder – section 239(1)
- Dangerous Operation – section 320.13
- Operation while Prohibited – section 320.18
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 – section 355 (a)
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 – section 355 (b) – two counts
