Police are investigating a drowning incident at Ipperwash Beach.
Lambton OPP say first responders were called to the beach Monday, to reports of two swimmers in distress in Lake Huron near East Parkway Drive.
A 12-year-old from London was safely brought to shore by members of the public and transported to hospital as a precaution, reports say.
According to police, a second individual was located unresponsive and transported to hospital, and an 18-year-old from London was pronounced deceased at hospital.
