A province-wide food collection campaign by police is running in Huron County this weekend.
Operation FULL PLATE is a one-day food drive aimed at supporting local food banks and helping address food insecurity in communities across Ontario.
This year, OPP Auxiliary members across the province will unite on Saturday, October 3, 2026, to collect non-perishable food items and other essential goods at participating community collection locations.
For Huron County OPP, auxiliary members will collect donations at Hansen’s Independent Grocer, in Exeter, and Zehrs, in Goderich.
