Tiverton-based 7ACRES picked up accolades at the 5th annual Canadian Cannabis Awards.
The cannabis production facility was named Brand of the Year at this year's ceremony in downtown Toronto.
The award recognizes brand strategy, culture, image, and impact.
Expansion has moved quickly at 7ACRES, who continues to hire a workforce for their greenhouse operations in Tiverton.
They hope to employ 400 people at that facility by the Spring, as well as 20 to 30 staff at a research facility in Goderich, scheduled for completion in 2019.
