St. Marys continues to be the site of measles exposures in the Huron Perth health region.
Huron Perth Public Health confirms a measles exposure occurred Monday in the Emergency Department of the St. Marys Memorial Hospital, between 8:55 a.m. and 11:35 a.m.
The previous update from HPPH confirmed a measles exposure at the hospital June 28th.
Several exposures were announced in early June at locations around Stratford and Mitchell.
The last measles exposure in Huron County occurred May 14th, at the Seaforth Community Hospital.
“Anyone who was at these locations during these timeframes needs to monitor for measles signs and symptoms for 21 days after exposure,” a news release from HPPH says.
