Huron County OPP have charged a West Perth resident with impaired driving after a traffic stop at the end of October.
On October 28th, police stopped a vehicle in the Municipality of Huron East just after 4:30 that afternoon.
Police arrested the driver, who had consumed alcohol prior to driving.
The accused had a child passenger in the vehicle at the time of the arrest.
The 35-year-old male driver has been charged with operation while impaired and dangerous operation.
He’s expected in court on December 14.
